My husband and I have stayed in Airbnb accommodations in North America, Africa and here in England, pre and post-COVID. But Danyal’s place was the best, without a shadow of a doubt.
I’m a pillow and bedding connoisseur and I got what I’ve always thought should be standard in a bed; a top sheet, not only a bottom sheet.
We also had a choice of pillows from hard, medium and fluffy. The decor is amazing. Kudos also to the cleaner, as the place was spotless. Obviously, this is done under the supervision of Danyal.
We hope to come back for longer. Thank you again Danyal, from Lizzie, Tony and Roman.

Went to Scarborough for a weekend break can't fault Danyal as a host was there to meet us, made sure we had a parking space and showed us round the apartment, it was finished to a very high standard and extremely clean, the beds were very comfortable and there was a great view to wake up to in the morning couldn't have asked for more.

Danyal met us on arrival. The heating had been put on, so the apartment was nice and warm on arrival.
Danyal took the time to ensure we knew how to operate the heating, and cooking appliances, and where to find everything we may need during our stay.
Danyal provided milk, bread, and eggs for our arrival. Later that evening, he messaged us to ensure we had settled in ok and to let us know if we needed anything, or had any issues. He was just a message away.
The apartment was spotless on arrival and exactly as seen in the photos. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the view from the front window was beautiful.
We sat eating breakfast and watching the surfers. Danyal messaged us the night before leaving to remind us of what we needed to do on checking out, which was really simple.
Scarborough Castle, South Bay Beach, and plenty of pubs and restaurants/takeaways were all within easy walking distance. We had a fabulous weekend and would definitely book again if we decide to visit Scarborough 😊.

The apartment is decorated to a high standard, with luxury beds & linen. It was super clean and his attention to detail was first-class.

Having just returned home from Danyal's apartment, I can honestly say this was our best Airbnb experience to date.
Danyal takes hosting to another level. We were given a very helpful tour of the apartment on arrival. Everything we could possibly need was provided, from tea/coffee to basic food requirements.
It was furnished to a high standard with a well-equipped kitchen. Beautiful sea view of the North Bay and well situated for the town. Would not hesitate to return here.

We had a fantastic stay in Danyal’s apartment. It was spotlessly clean, beautifully finished and had everything we needed for our trip!
Danyal was very welcoming, friendly and accommodating - he had thought of everything and wanted to make our stay as enjoyable as possible.
We were there as a young family and felt at home immediately. The views are simply stunning and it is in a great location to get into the middle of Scarborough as well as to attractions a little further on the outskirts.
The beaches are very close, and the changing seas are fascinating to watch. Access is good - parking was great (just outside), but the train station is only a short walk away if you were to arrive by train.
We’d have no hesitation recommending a stay here and would happily stay again!

Fantastic place to stay. Great view, the place was immaculate and had everything you could need. There was bread, eggs and milk in the fridge.

This flat is amazing. Outstandingly clean and comfortable, everything is brand new and modern.
The location couldn’t be any better, being right on the seafront and just a six-minute walk to the main town centre.
The view from the flat is incredible and the pictures don’t do it, or the flat justice. The host was extremely kind and accommodating and extremely generous.
I can’t recommend this more and I cannot wait to come back.

This is a perfect flat for a short-stay family getaway. Scarborough is a lovely place to visit with two easily accessible beaches, plenty of shops, restaurants and theatres all at walking distance from the flat.
The flat itself is in a great location looking out over the south bay and in a very quiet neighbourhood. Danyal was a perfect host and did everything possible to make our stay comfortable and enjoyable.

Everything about our stay in Danyal’s apartment was absolutely perfect. A beautiful location with stunning views and a well-equipped ‘home from home’.
Danyal did everything possible to ensure check in was smooth, with extra communication and a friendly face to face meet and greet. The added extras are well thought about and made our stay incredibly comfortable.
The apartment is within walking distance of all amenities in both the North and South bays, which means once you’re parked, there’s no need to drive anywhere.
The beds are high quality, incredibly comfortable and even come with a range of pillow types.
We will certainly return.

Danyal's apartment is probably the finest we have stayed in. Very comfortable, including the bed, something often overlooked in many other places.
The place was spotless, finished to a high standard with a well equipped kitchen and fabulous views across the North Bay.
It was cosy and warm, ideal as the weather had turned cold. Danyal met us on arrival, after we were delayed by traffic and he couldn't have been more helpful.
Great location for exploring the North & South Bays. Highly recommended.

We had a fantastic stay in Scarborough. Danyal really has thought of everything. He has such attention to detail, even down to matching wooden hangers in the wardrobe!
The apartment is 5 ⭐, has super views over the bay and is in a great location. All spotlessly clean. We didn’t need to move the car as the apartment is only a 15 minute walk to the bus station.
Communication with Danyal was perfect. Thank you for so much Danyal.

A really excellent flat in a fantastic location of Scarborough (great view outlooking the North bay and a very short walk to the South Bay) that's beautifully presented and furnished and was very, very clean!
It comes with all the amenities you could want, was really warm (our stay was out of season) and very quiet at night which was a welcome bonus. Also the shower is terrific, which is personally something that I always like to pay attention to!
Danyal was an excellent host, always available to answer questions and was even on hand to do a friendly and informative meet and greet. He also provided us with a permit for a car-parking space which was very useful.
Overall I would thoroughly recommend staying at this flat if you're looking for a place to stay in Scarborough.

This modern apartment is comfortable, quiet and very well equipped. Everything about the apartment is new including a very comfortable king size bed.
Danyal is a perfect host. He met us on arrival to sort out the free car parking (just outside the building) and to explain how everything worked. If we'd had a problem (we didn't) I'm sure he would have sorted it out.
The location is also great with views over the bay from the front, easy access on foot to shops, pubs restaurants, cinema, theatre and all that Scarborough has to offer.
Even though it's close to everything we didn't get the impression that it would be anything other than quiet even in high season.
We're looking forward to coming back soon.

A truly amazing stay! The flat is beautifully decorated and provided us with a very comfortable stay. The attention to detail is unparalleled with every little thing thought out.
The flat overlooks the North Bay and is in the ideal location - the South Bay and Filey were both easily accessible. It is the perfect place to take children and we really enjoyed having breakfast overlooking the sea.
The children also really enjoyed the books and games provided - really thoughtful touch.
The rooms are very spacious and are to a hotel standard. I really appreciated how extra pillows both firmer and softer are provided.
As a host Danyal’s service is unmatched. He was available throughout our entire stay and took the time to prepare a welcome pack, detailing information about the bnb and things to do in the local area.
We also really appreciated how he took the time to check us in and out personally.
Couldn’t recommend a better place to stay in Scarborough!

We were greeted at the flat by Danyal which was really nice. We got a run-through about how everything works and a parking space was secured.
The apartment was tastefully decorated, very new and immaculate. Heating was also not an issue as the flat was nice and warm perfect for late October.
It is a good distance to all the local sites (castle, north and south bays). The apartment contains all the necessary homeware items.
We would happily stay here again over and over 😊

Perfect location overlooking the North Bay.
Stunning 3rd-floor apartment, beautifully decorated and equipped with everything a family needs. Danyal has thought of everything, the attention to detail is second to none.
As a host, Danyal meets and greets explaining everything you might need to know about the accommodation and surrounding area. He is also contactable throughout your stay and nothing is too much trouble for him.
We highly recommend Danyal’s apartment if visiting Scarborough.
(Bonus was seeing Dolphins swimming in the North bay whilst sat eating breakfast from the apartment bay window 😀😀)

Absolutely brilliant place to stay. Very clean and tidy, lovely sea view. The apartment is of a high standard. Danyals dad greeted us when we got there and was brilliant from the off. Explained everything to us and said if we needed anything we only had to text.

Lovely stay in Scarborough, great location, and a beautiful flat. The hosts were very welcoming and helpful and the flat was really high standard, homely and well thought out.

WOW. The flat is absolutely amazing, beautifully decorated and the location/view is perfect. My parents (in their 70s) stayed for four nights.
They said the flat was spotless and there was nothing that hadn't been thought of, even some binoculars to use for ship spotting!
From the panoramic view from the living room window, the kitchen had everything that you could possibly need including a full-sized fridge-freezer, full oven, microwave, dishwasher, and washing machine.
Cutlery and cooking equipment were spot on and with a lovely surprise of goodies on arrival they were set up for breakfast.
With plenty of hot water, the flat was lovely and warm with comfortable beds and extra towels if needed.
The location - a 15-20 min VERY easy walk into Scarborough, where they caught trains and buses to various places.
Danyal, our host was brilliant. Very quick to respond to any questions and extremely helpful. Well done.
My parents said thank you for the use of your flat, they had an excellent time.

This was our first Airbnb stay.
We have been coming to Scarborough for many years on day trips and recently found out about this apartment. So we decided to give it a try and stayed for a weekend.
Host Danyal's service was first-class. It was obvious he has put in a lot of thought to make sure guests have a great experience. All the essentials we needed were there.
We booked and stayed as a family and it felt like a home away from home.
Danyal's communication was excellent throughout and he went above and beyond for us.
Check-in was very easy. Danyal welcomed us with a smile at an agreed time and gave us a parking permit which meant we could park the car right outside.
He showed us everything we needed inside the apartment. We were sent all the information as a PDF before our arrival and there was also a printed copy of the same in the kitchen diner.
The place has been refurbished and modernised to a high standard. It was clean, smart, well-decorated and furnished. The pictures on the profile were a true reflection of what it was for us.
We found this third-floor residence to be spacious and well laid out.
It was a novel experience for us all to enjoy breathtaking views of the sea and horizon as we sat eating breakfast at our table at sunrise.
Everything we needed was within walking distance so the car only moved when we checked out!
We are looking forward to booking again next year and highly recommend it.

Very clean and modern apartment. Very well serviced. Clean bedding and towels were provided. The kitchen was stocked with all the essentials.
Excellent communication from the owner regarding check-in, check out and other instructions. The owner was really nice and gave us an extra parking card.
The view from the sitting room and kitchen was amazing, overlooking the sea and the beach. Kids loved playing with the sand and water. We enjoyed the walk along the beach.
You have the option of exploring North Bay and South Bay. South Bay is full of entertainment, shops, restaurants, arcades, bars and fish and chips shops.
We really enjoyed our stay there and I am in the process of booking a few more weekends.

This is brilliant. The apartment has been beautifully decorated, modern with all the internal necessities a family stay requires.
The apartment is located a few minutes away from the beach with amazing panoramic sea views from the living room! The kids loved the short trip down to the beach daily en route jumping on the swings and slides which are at an adjacent park below; including a 5-a-side football court.
We were only a couple of minutes drive to the popular leisure events at Peasholm Park, Alpamare Water Park & Sea Life Centre which made the stay even better for family day activities.
The kids loved all of these places, which you should try to visit.
Another bonus was the parking which was good around this area, even though it was busy at certain times. We were given a permit by the host, which allowed easy parking directly outside, or a couple of rows down from the apartment.
Finally, the host (Danyal) was brilliant from the start after confirming our booking. His communication and support was 5 star. I was totally amazed by the meet and greet and how much detailed information he provided.
Additionally, he made us feel confident in staying by providing us with the apartment documents, highlighting all services and contacts etc.
He also messaged me several useful links which were very beneficial and allowed us to plan our trip by selecting kid's activities and family day outs. He also responded to my messages straight away which really showed the professionalism in his hosting.
This was our first Airbnb stay but I was totally taken aback by the whole experience. I found this stay to be one which my family and I will remember forever.
Thanks to the host for making this experience. I would highly recommend this apartment and we will definitely be planning a return trip soon!

Danyal was a fantastic host and took the time to meet me at the accommodation as I checked in.
He explained everything in detail and gave me a car parking permit for the length of my stay, so I could park on the street all day.
Wow, what a fantastic view. I sat at the table with the children and was amazed by the blue-green sea from the window. I had such a good night's sleep, the beds were really comfortable.
Danyal has clearly taken time to put quality furnishing in the flat and truly deserves the 5-star review I have given.

Truly a comfortable and peaceful apartment that is very inviting to come back to after busy days of sightseeing and traveling.
Well-appointed and modern interior, comfy beds that allowed for wonderful sleep, amazing shower with good water pressure, easy-to-use kitchen and beautiful views off the balcony and kitchen- morning and night. Plus easy and convenient parking.
Danyal was a fabulous host, answered all my questions quickly, and gave honest answers and recommendations. He was flexible with our early evening arrival and even provided some basic food stuff to tide us over.

We had the most wonderful stay at this beautiful apartment! The view is just spectacular, and the location and easy access to the beach was everything we had hoped. Well, what can I say! The place was perfect and our host was excellent, even helping me carry my luggage up to the apartment. The flat itself was super clean and had everything we needed for our stay including milk, bread, eggs, tea, coffee, sugar and a few extra condiments.

We had a wonderful stay in this spacious, immaculately clean flat which was well-equipped and furnished to a high standard.
Great location and fabulous views of the sea with its own balcony to enjoy the peace and watch the waves. Great host who greeted us and put himself out to make sure we enjoyed our stay.

Danyal's flat is just stunning. The views from every window show the sea on either the south or the north bay.
You are in the middle of everything which is perfect for sightseeing. There is a shelf table and some chairs on the balcony and it was bliss sitting and listening to the sea while enjoying a cuppa, or a glass of wine.
The flat is finished to a very high standard and Danyal has remembered all the little things that make your stay so easy.
All the little touches contributed to a wonderful break and made it so easy to not have to buy everything when you are only away for a couple of nights (e.g. tea, coffee, sugar, toilet rolls, kitchen roll)
Danyal met us at the property and saved us a parking spot right outside then proceeded to show us around.
The flat is on the top floor of the building and the views are incredible. We will definitely be back.

Danyal's place is of 5-star hotel standard. Danyal has thought of absolutely everything and more to make your stay truly wonderful.
Soooo many extras from the choice of pillows to food, (staples, eggs, bread, tin foods, jam, butter, fruit) on the side ready for breakfast.
The apartment itself is amazing, furnished to a very high standard again with lots of extras (games, books, even phone chargers)
The view is spectacular from every room and the balcony was an extra bonus. It was so nice to look out to the coastline and watch the crazy people in the sea on a freezing January morning.
Danyal's hosting is second to none. Great communication and comprehensive details were sent about the apartment. We were met by his lovely father who showed us around, explained every detail and checked parking was ok.
If your looking for a wonderful place to stay in Scarborough choose this place you won't be disappointed 😊

The decor and furnishings were to a very high standard. Very comfortable beds, and a very clean apartment.

Amazing!!! A 5-star rating. After previously enjoying a perfect stay at Asif and Danyal's other apartment on the floor below, we decided to book again.
A lot of thought has gone into providing guests with a first-class experience. Asif and Danyal are fantastic hosts. 100% true to description and photos.
Check-in and out was easy. Asif welcomed us with a smile, gave us the parking permit and showed us all around the apartment.
Communication was excellent. This 4th-floor apartment is finished to a high modern standard. It is clean, smart, spacious, well-equipped, decorated and furnished.
Everything was brand new inside. The beds were very comfortable and we had peaceful sleep. The balcony feature was the “star of the show”. It was great to sit outside on the balcony and enjoy the clear, uninterrupted panoramic views of North Bay.
Also, we enjoyed beautiful views of South Bay from both bedroom windows. We walked to the beaches whilst our car was parked safely.

Both Danyal and his dad are amazing hosts. Danyal received us at the entrance and showed us around the house with his dad. He explained everything related to the house with clear instructions.
Speaking about the place, it’s just so pretty and looks exactly like the pics on Airbnb. The balcony was the highlight of the house, the view from there is absolutely beautiful. Also, the place is within walking distance from the city centre and all shops, so you don’t need to actually take ur car to any place as such.
I would definitely be coming back to Scarborough and hope this place is available when I do ❤️

Danyal’s place was absolutely brilliant. I sat down at the bar table and was able to watch the sunrise and sunset from the table through the window/french doors, whilst having my breakfast and dinner.
My favourite part of the trip was sitting on the balcony and having drinks overlooking the beautiful North Bay. This flat was incredibly spotless and the design was absolutely beautiful.
I would recommend anyone to stay here as it is absolutely wonderful and so peaceful.
The flat is located in such a quiet area however it was so close to all the local shops and all the beautiful beaches.

I have had the pleasure of staying at Danyal’s other flat which is very beautiful. However, this flat is unbelievable.
The balcony is absolutely wonderful. We sat and had our breakfast, lunch and dinner on a beautiful bar table. The balcony was an absolute delight with exceptional views of the North Bay.
In the bedrooms, the views of the South Bay are equally exceptional.
The flat was cosy and felt like home. Danyal was again a great host and I will definitely be staying at his place again.
